We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend your scheduled session, you may be charged a $75 late cancellation or no-show fee.

Late cancellation fees are determined at the discretion of your therapist, and emergency situations will be taken into account.

This policy allows us to offer that time to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
